Naturally Gifted gives our customers the choice to choose a greener, more sustainable gifting option. We are unlike any other gifting company around. Read about the things we are doing to make a difference

Certified organic and biodynamic

Organic and biodynamic products are grown without the use of harmful chemicals, pesticides and fertilisers and are less harmful on the environment than traditional farming. We choose certified organic products wherever possible so you can be sure you are getting only the very best, free from any nasties.

Ninety percent of the products in our gifts are 100% certified organic or made with 100% certified organic ingredients. If it is not certified organic then we won't describe it as organic. So, wherever you read organic in a product description you can be sure that you are buying the real deal.

Supporting Fairtrade

The fair trade label is about paying some of the world’s poorest workers a fair price for their goods. Naturally Gifted is committed buying Fairtrade wherever possible and providing our customers with a choice that can make a difference to the lives of many.

The majority of our tea, coffee and chocolate products are certified Fairtrade by Fairtrade ANZ. Wherever a products is described as Fairtrade (with a capital 'F'), that means it carries this certification.

We are a 100% Australian owned company and we want to support other Australian businesses. Wherever possible, we buy from Australian owned business or Australian made products.

We are committed to reducing the ‘food miles’ that our products travel, so buying local is important from a sustainability perspective. We source many products from local farmers markets, keep travel distances low as well as supporting local communities.

Reducing our energy consumption

 

The Naturally Gifted website is powered by green energy. We have implemented a range of initiatives in our offices and warehouse to reduce energy consumption and our carbon footprint.

Giving back to the community

Naturally Gifted supports a number of charities on an ongoing basis and we love to make a difference where we can. We love getting involved in local fundraising and our staff volunteer time each fortnight to visit the Royal Price of Wales Children's Hospital with our dog Kadinski, as part of a volunteer program with the Delta Society which provides pet therapy services.
