How long will it take for my gift to be delivered?

 

How long it takes to deliver a gift depends on where it is going. 

 

 

The table below sets out the delivery costs to specific destinations and the approximate time for delivery (business days) after the gift has been dispatched. Gifts are delivered Monday to Friday only.

How can I find out the cost of delivery before I order?

 

 

Delivery costs are not included in the price of a gift and are based on the delivery address. The delivery charge is added at the checkout when you enter your delivery address.

 

 

On the left hand panel of every product page there is a calculator which allows you to estimate the cost of delivering your gift. Just enter the postcode and you will get a price.

 

 

Please note, this calculator is for delivery of a single gift to one address. If you are delivering more than one gift to the one address you will only pay $3 for each additional gift you send to the one address. This will calculate automatically at the checkout.

 

 

If you are sending more than one gift and each gift is going to a different address then you will be charged the standard delivery charge for the postcode that each gift is going to.

How are gifts delivered?

 

 

Naturally Gifted delivers gifts Australia wide using our own courier service or third party couriers such as Fastway, Go logistics, Couriers Please, TNT and Australia Post. 

 

 

We choose the fasted possible option, depending on the delivery location. Sometimes that may mean Australia Post but in most cases we will delivery by courier.

 

 

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery a call card will be left by the courier. The recipient can then contact the courier and arrange a redelivery.

 Can I find out the status of my order?

 

 

When you order a gift you will receive an email which tells you that we have received your order and processed your payment.

 

 

You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I get the delivery details wrong?

 

 

It is your responsibility to correctly address each gift.  We can only get your gift delivered on time if we know exactly where it is going.

 

 

To ensure that your gift gets to the recipient please make sure you include the following:

 

·         name


·         address


·         phone number (either your's or their's) 

 

 

 

 Gifts are delivered Monday to Friday only.

 

 

Naturally Gifted does not accept any responsibility of missing, damaged or delayed orders where the gift has been incorrectly addressed or the delivery instructions are incomplete.  Naturally Gifted does not accept any responsibility for missing or damaged gifts where the delivery instruction is to leave a gift at a particular address.

 

 

If a gift needs to be redelivered the standard delivery charges above will apply.
