How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via the 'shop' on the website. Alternatively you can make contact via email or phone to place an order.
How are hampers shipped?
Naturally Gifted delivers gifts Australia wide using our own courier service or third party couriers such as Fastway, Go logistics, Couriers Please, TNT and Australia Post.
We choose the fasted possible option, depending on the delivery location. Sometimes that may mean Australia Post but in most cases we will delivery by courier.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery a call card will be left by the courier. The recipient can then contact the courier and arrange a redelivery.
How long do hampers take to arrive?
How long it takes to deliver a gift depends on where it is going.
The table below sets out the delivery costs to specific destinations and the approximate time for delivery (business days) after the gift has been dispatched. Gifts are delivered Monday to Friday only.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide. Unfortunately we cannot ship to overseas destinations to due custom restrictions.

How do I know a gift is in stock?
A product will be noted as 'out of stock' if we have run out of that particular hamper.
What does the price include?
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Listed prices do not include delivery charges. This is calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address.
Is it safe to buy online?
We understand how important it is to absolutely trust who you are transacting with online.
The security of our customers’ personal information is very important to us and we do a number of things to make sure your information is safe:
· all transactions are secured using SSL encryption
· we enforce entry of credit card security numbers (CVN)
· no credit card details stored on our server, ever
There are some things you can do to make sure you keep yourself safe online. If you have a Naturally Gifted account, do not share your logon and password with anyone else. If you are using a public or shared computer, remember to logout once you have finished a transaction. Make sure you don't leave your computer unattended when you are logged into your account or in the middle of a transaction.
